Return policy
1.-You have a legal withdrawal period of 14 days in which you can exchange or return the product you have purchased as long as it is in perfect condition, unopened or manipulated, and in its original packaging. To do this, you can send us your package through the post office or a transport agency to the following address. Please include your information and order reference inside, and write to us to inform us of your decision at: envios@mijardindete.com

In this case, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once we receive your package and verify that the products are in perfect condition, we will proceed to refund the full amount including shipping costs paid by the customer, if they had been included at the time of purchase.
There are some exceptions in which the store is not obliged to return the money:
In the event that we observe that the product is opened or manipulated, when you remove the seal from the Tea or Coffee packages, you lose your right of withdrawal.
2.-If you have problems with shipping or the package arrives damaged, we would need you to send us, as soon as possible, a photo of the condition of the package and damaged products, including your information and order reference, to proceed with the management of product replacement , to: envios@mijardindete.com
If it happens that we do not have stock, at that time, of that same product, we will contact you to explain the delivery times, propose a similar one of the same value, or reimburse you for it.
In this case all shipping and collection costs are borne by the company.
