Our Shipments are made through the Post Office agency

1. Shipping Process

Once you have made a purchase at Mi Jardín de Té, we will process your order and prepare the package for shipping. Orders are always shipped on business days, usually within 24-48 hours after payment is confirmed.

2. Shipping Method

We offer a shipping method to meet your needs. The highest quality of delivery service. Ideal for all non-urgent shipments that need the best possible rate.

STANDARD PACKAGE: Standard Shipping (MAXIMUM DELIVERY 72 WORKING HOURS) TO HOME AND POST OFFICES.

*- Collections and deliveries of shipments are made only on business days, deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.

*- TWO HOME DELIVERY ATTEMPT (if it is not delivered at home, it will remain at the Post Office for up to 15 days at no additional cost)

*- NOTICE BY SMS/MAIL OF THE SITUATION OF THE PACKAGE TO THE CUSTOMER.

*- INCIDENT MANAGEMENT: When an incident occurs in the delivery or office, the shipment will be parked for 5 days and a communication will be made to the customer to resolve it.

Delivery times are estimated according to the location of the recipient and the availability of the postal service, they may vary due to extraordinary circumstances such as weather conditions, breakdown of the transport that makes the delivery, strikes, etc...

3. Shipment Tracking

Once the package has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can track the status of your shipment online. This will allow you to know the location and progress of the package until it is delivered.

Without shipping costs, orders to the Peninsula with a value equal to or greater than €39

Without shipping costs, orders to the Balearic Islands with a value equal to or greater than €79

For lower value orders, shipping costs vary depending on destination. During the purchasing process, you will be informed of the applicable shipping costs before completing the transaction.

5. Shipping Address

Be sure to provide:

Name and surname, a telephone number where you can be reached and a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of making the purchase.

We are not responsible for shipments lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

6. International Shipping

We make international shipments to European Union (EU) Countries:

Germany, Belgium, Croatia, Denmark, Spain, France, Ireland, Latvia, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Sweden, Bulgaria, Slovakia, Estonia, Greece, Malta, Poland, Czech Republic, Austria, Cyprus, Slovenia, Finland, Hungary, Italy, Lithuania, Portugal and Romania.

However, please note that delivery times will be longer, depending on the country, between 7-10 days.

The shipping amount will be included after the purchase process and you can verify it before proceeding to payment. It varies depending on the destination and the weight of the package.

INTERNATIONAL LIGHT PACKAGE: Maximum weight of the package 2 kg.

7. Return Policy

1.-You have a legal withdrawal period of 14 days in which you can exchange or return the product you have purchased as long as it is in perfect condition, unopened or manipulated, and in its original packaging. To do this, you can send us your package through the post office or a transport agency to the following address. In this case, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive your package and verify that the products are in perfect condition, we will proceed to refund the full amount including shipping costs paid by the customer, if they had been included at the time of purchase.

There are some exceptions in which the store is not obliged to return the money:

In the event that we observe that the product is opened or manipulated, when you remove the seal from the Tea or Coffee packages, you lose your right of withdrawal.

2.-If you have problems with shipping or the package arrives damaged, we would need you to send us, as soon as possible, a photo of the condition of the package and damaged products, including your information and order reference, to proceed with the management of product replacement , to: envios@mijardindete.com

If it happens that we do not have stock, at that time, of that same product, we will contact you to explain the delivery times, propose a similar one of the same value, or reimburse you for it.

In this case all shipping and collection costs are borne by the company.
