Lapsang Souchong
This Tea from southern China is characterized by its pleasant aroma and smoky flavor, due to the drying process of the leaves, which is carried out over a pine wood fire and other special woods such as cypress.
The result is a dark amber infusion with sweet notes, a robust and smoky flavor that is described as similar to the aroma of a wood fire, it has a full body and a pronounced flavor, with earthy notes of wood and sometimes resin.
It can be taken alone or with milk. Like all Black Teas it is stimulating, it helps you wake up the body and clear the mind.
If you are a lover of strong and smoky flavors, this unique variety of Tea is definitely worth trying.
